Food has been part of my story for as long as I can remember. My love for cooking comes from my grandparents, who owned a bakery and restaurant in Jamaica, where I first saw the dedication, creativity, and joy that great food can bring to people's lives. Inspired by their example, I started working in a bakery at 15 and became a private chef by 17, determined to build a career around my passion. Over the years, I've cooked for guests aboard luxury yachts and sharpened my skills in some of Brickell's most respected restaurants, experiences that taught me the importance of both exceptional cuisine and impeccable service. As Chef Phoenix, I now specialize in creating bespoke dining experiences for birthdays, baby showers, intimate gatherings, and special events. Every menu is thoughtfully crafted to reflect the occasion, combining elevated flavors, premium ingredients, and a level of care that transforms a meal into a memorable experience.
